Last year I began seeing these stickers, address books and even tote bags were adorned with these odd characters in the form of pills and other medical items, who spouted such words of wisdom as 'Don't Miss Me!' and 'Take Me If You Are Sad'. Ravers love it (I wouldn't know why...), and I thought it was pretty twisted.
This is not an official set, and I couldn't even find the manufacturer of the Drug Store products on the web, but they company is called Milly.
Long time viewers of my work may recognize this as being the first set of cartoon characters I have ever done, and since I feign away from popular culture (in icons, at least), this may be the last.

How to make use of these Mac Icons:
1. You need system 7.1 or higher.
2. Do a "Get Info" (File menu) on the original icon file that you want to use.
3. Click on the icon in the window; choose "Copy" (Edit menu).
4. Close the window, then "Get Info" on destination file/folder/disk.
5. Click on the icon, choose "Paste" (Edit menu).
